    Gail – thank you so much for this. My meditation and quiet times almost always happen when I am in my kayak, walking, biking, sitting in the woods, watching a sunset, etc. It was a welcome insight to experience this same calm and wisdom coming through your words as I sat inside. I will return and experience this several times – very helpful.
