Welcome to Blogging Happiness

Hi, and welcome to the first entry in this blog. My intention is to share with you information and insights to help you along on your journey to realizing peace and freedom in your life. I know that this realization is possible from my own experience of moving from being reactive, emotional, and constrained to a place of lightness and flow in daily life. Over many years, I have made a deep study of what exactly interferes with our happiness and how is it that we return over and over to the emotions and behaviors that perpetuate struggling. I was never satisfied with “good enough.” I didn’t want to leave a stone unturned in my quest to experience the most profound peace possible. And I am very happy to be sharing my understanding with you.

Purpose of Blog

In this blog, I will address any issue or concern that will guide you to deeper freedom. None is too trivial. I will discuss practical concerns such as communication skills, healthy lifestyle behaviors, and dealing with daily stresses as well as life crises. As I hear from you, the content will evolve. We can address jealousy, desire, body image issues, fear, and aging. We will break down each of these so-called problems until we arrive at the source, which makes real change possible. In addition, we can celebrate together your transformations, new beginnings, and realizations of joy and happiness.

A New Adventure

The idea for this blog came about in a flash a few months ago. I have been writing for many years – short essays, personal musings, and even a draft of a book. Yet, despite many attempts, I have never landed on a way to share my thoughts with others that felt quite right. As I was, once again, contemplating my next step, I realized that I wanted to write short pieces and have them freely distributed for whoever would like to read them. This website seemed like exactly the appropriate forum. The process of development has been delightful for me. I am very excited to be embarking on this new adventure and am thrilled to have you all as my companions.

Gail – what a wonderful, exciting venture! For many years it has seemed worthwhile for me to seek the truth concerning my purpose in this world, how to relate to others as the person I truly am, etc. So I anticipate good conversations. Thank you so much for making this available.

Thank you, JKR. My passion/purpose is to know and live the truth in every way. Here we will cover all the ways we fool ourselves into believing our stories, which takes away from being fully alive. Happy to have you along on this delicious journey.
