    This one indeed helped me , and yes sometimes we are unhappier not that we dont something but we fail to realize what we have now …at the present moment …. of late i am taking too much pressure by over thinking abt the things happening with me …this one started helping me gaining some insight …thanks for the wonderful writings in this blog …I will follow and enlighten myself in the future …btw do you accept emails from strangers like me stating the problems am actually confronting and helping me to find a way out of it … I wish you do accept Gail

      Welcome to the site, Satish. You said you are over-thinking things. Yes, our minds can be very busy and take us away from simply being here. Once we take a look at the thinking, we realize that most of it isn’t even useful. One suggestion: see if maybe there is fear that is fueling all this mental activity, and welcome the fear in with great compassion.
