Warrior’s Way (audio)

Below are two audios for you that accompany the two-part series of posts, “The Warrior’s Way to Inner Peace.” Feel free to download them and listen as often as you like, as these are reminders we can all benefit from. You might even write down the warrior qualities – willingness, courage, perseverance, self-sacrifice, taking responsibility, and living in the unknown – and see how these can be cultivated in your own life.

The first one is a guided process that supports you in having the direct experience of bringing the warrior qualities to your own investigation of a trigger or habit. The second is an audio version of Part 2 of the series, “How to Be a Warrior.”
