This audio is a companion to the post entitled, Will These Memories Ever Go Away? It is a guided exploration to support you in letting go of challenging memories.
Play it as often as you need to as you investigate different memories that have been holding you back. You will be invited to bring your loving attention into your emotions. Every time you stop telling yourself the story of what happened and you experience the feelings directly, you are reclaiming your natural state of freedom and wholeness.
If audios aren’t your thing, stay tuned. More posts coming…

Hi Gail.
I don’t know about others, but I feel like I’m getting an expensive product handed to me with these audio messages. They really are wonderful.
If someone isn’t peaceful before listening to one, they certainly will be afterward.
It’s also cool because I figure out things while listening. Painful memories are a good place to learn from. One quote that I go to when I think about some of this material is from a Jay-Z lyric, where he says “Can’t run from the pain, go towards it”. There sure is value in not running away.
I have written somewhat of a supplementary article, that I will likely put up Friday or Saturday, which connects off of these concepts about memories in another fashion.
Thanks so much for the feedback, Armen. I really appreciate knowing that these audios are useful, and also hearing that you see the value in not running away.
I look forward to reading your article later this week!
I’m wishing you a beautiful day.
