I am appreciating the experience of simplicity found in this.
Hi Gail.
No one makes more peaceful audios than the venerable Gail Brenner. The people recognize this quality.
We have to toss difficult emotions over to the recycle bin I guess.
When we are aware of our mental and physical state, it is a different day. Ignoring all our physical and mental features is what many do though with technological gadgets and busy-ness and so on. We have to remember that we are physical/mental beings.

Hi Armen,
It’s a pleasure to see you over here again! There are so many options for ignoring our actual physical, mental, and emotional experience. Sometimes it works, but in general, we can’t make our experience disappear. What we allow completely has the chance to transform.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
