In previous posts, we discussed the purpose of meditation and how to do it. After an introduction, this audio leaves about five minutes for you to meditate in silence. Feel free to meditate longer, if you feel so moved.
Just five minutes of inner quietude each day can change everything. Any time is a good time to meditate. You might try sitting in silence right before you go to sleep at night or just when you wake up in the morning. Enjoy!

In recent posts, we have been examining The Most Intelligent Thing You Could Ever Do, which is to turn your attention away from the objects and stories of the world and directly into your inner experience. Happiness from the Inside Out offers some guidance for how to make this shift.
This audio is a guided process for turning your attention inside and opening to the truth of your experience. When we open rather than play out mental habits, we happily discover that freedom is possible.

This audio is a companion to the post entitled, Will These Memories Ever Go Away? It is a guided exploration to support you in letting go of challenging memories.
Play it as often as you need to as you investigate different memories that have been holding you back. You will be invited to bring your loving attention into your emotions. Every time you stop telling yourself the story of what happened and you experience the feelings directly, you are reclaiming your natural state of freedom and wholeness.
If audios aren’t your thing, stay tuned. More posts coming…

This audio accompanies the 5-part series of posts called, Freedom from the Prison of Your Habits. It guides you through the deep investigation of a habit. It doesn’t matter how many times you play this recording or precisely explore your habits that don’t serve you. Each time, you are here, alive to what is real. Awareness is the key to the prison door. Be as you are, and you are free.

Below are two audios for you that accompany the two-part series of posts, “The Warrior’s Way to Inner Peace.” Feel free to download them and listen as often as you like, as these are reminders we can all benefit from. You might even write down the warrior qualities – willingness, courage, perseverance, self-sacrifice, taking responsibility, and living in the unknown – and see how these can be cultivated in your own life.
The first one is a guided process that supports you in having the direct experience of bringing the warrior qualities to your own investigation of a trigger or habit. The second is an audio version of Part 2 of the series, “How to Be a Warrior.”

This is a guided process for discovering that you are already whole, a topic I’ve written about here. It points to the reality of who you are that is not broken and doesn’t need improvement. Isn’t that great news? Know the unconditioned you, and realize that enduring happiness is possible.

As I discuss in a recent post, when we are attached to people and situations beyond our control, we invariably suffer. This guided process helps to release the attachment and bring new clarity to what seems like a frustrating problem.
